CARGO PROCESS
Your orders will be processed within “1-5” business days and your cargo tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail. In order to receive your notification e-mails when ordering, we recommend that you make sure that you write your e-mail address correctly and check your spam / junk boxes. Our packages delivered to the cargo company will be delivered to you within “1-5” working days. Due to the density, it may change during this process. (Unfortunately, transactions are not possible on weekends.
Exchange / Return
There is no exchange procedure. For replacement, return your product and buy another size or type that will be delivered and suitable for the right size, the cruise time and paperwork are shortened and the process continues faster this way for both parties. For the product or products to be returned, please follow the instructions below carefully, our return policy allows you to return the product in no more than 15 days period after the date you receive the product. Return Shipping Payment is not covered by BB the Company (BB). In order to return the products, the following baggage information and/or return must be complied with.
I want to return the product I purchased, what should I do?
You can return your order within 15 days from the date you receive it. Return shipping payment is not covered by BB, since the shipment costs are regularly changing, the return costs may vary; however, please contact us so that we could arrange you the best return cost, since BB is partnered with Navlungo Inc. for shipment. When your product reaches us, it is evaluated by the authorities and an information e-mail is sent to you when your return is accepted. You must send the product to be returned to the BB return address with its original invoice and by filling out the return section on the back of the invoice, in a complete, unused and undamaged packaging. If the invoice of the product is corporate, you must send it together with a return invoice issued by the institution for the return process, without including the cargo share, issued as "Product Unit Price + VAT". Order returns, whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions, cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.

In how many days do I have to exchange or return the product I purchased?

When will the payment for the product I returned be made?
The product you return is first checked for compliance with the return conditions. If the returned product/products comply with the return conditions, the refunds are sent to your bank within 1-5 business days. An information e-mail will be sent to you about the refund of the orders whose return process is approved, and the product price will be refunded to your credit card. The reflection time of your refund on your statement varies depending on your bank. You can get detailed information from your bank if there is a delay in the reflection of your refund on your credit card/debit card. As per bank practices, transactions made in installments are returned in installments in the same way.
